For instance, users may specify performing jumping jacks ten times or for one minute. To enhance variety, users can establish movement ranges. For example, aligning lunges as an activity and setting a range of ten to twenty repetitions may prompt the app to suggest twelve lunges on one occasion and eighteen on another.

Advancing to the Pro edition enables users to introduce new activities into their regimen and create distinct routines tailored for various settings, such as home or office environments (where jumping jacks might be unsuitable).
